Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. When an appointment is canceled, that time cannot usually be filled on short notice. To respect my time and other clients waiting for appointments, the following policy is strictly enforced: • First Cancellation: Any cancellation, for any reason, will result in a charge of 50% of the total booked service. • Second Cancellation: A second cancellation, for any reason, will result in a charge of 75% of the total booked service. After a second cancellation, you will no longer be able to book future appointments. No Exceptions: This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation. Non-Refundable: All cancellation fees are non-refundable and must be paid before any future appointments can be considered. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy. Thank you for respecting my time and my business. Your understanding allows me to continue providing the best experience for all of my clients.
